The towbar was purchased and fitted in May 2020, I fitted it myself as a home handyman, found the instructions easy to follow and did not need any assistance. It has since towed a caravan for 37,000 km all around Australia and whilst I do carry out safety checks, the tow bar has performed perfectly. I do highly recommend this product.
