Quick delivery and then, when there was a problem with the wiring loom when the towbar came to be installed, they refunded the cost of these components very quickly once they had received them back from me. But the rest of the towbar fit without any problems, and Towbars Australia suspect it was a fitting error rather than an actual issue with the wiring loom they supplied. I was VERY HAPPY with their service overall.
