Great delivery and packaging - there was no way that was getting damaged in transit. Towbar was easy to install (except for bits on my end, like dirt in the bolt holes) and the instructions were simple to follow. The towbar is nice and not obnoxious, but it's got lots of area to attach, and choosing the right bar for my car was basically effortless. Thanks
