my order for a personalised towel was made on April 30th, and despatch date of 7th May was given.
On 11th May i was advised it would be despatched within 2-3 days.
"this is handcrafted and we cannot state a delivery date"
14th May email - "order is currently in production" - this is 3 days later and you advised on 11th it would be despatched by 14th.
this is a gift and was ordered 17 days ago. How long does it take to print a towel? and why am i being given different dates for delivery?
Where is my order !
