I recently spent over £500 with this company, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. After placing an order, I realized I needed a minor name correction on two items. I contacted their team within an hour of ordering, but despite acting immediately, I was told no changes could be made as the items were already queued for production. This lack of flexibility is shocking, especially since their own FAQ states that amendments can usually be made if requested early enough. I followed their guidance and still received no assistance. What’s even more frustrating is that the incorrect items will now have to be discarded, which is both wasteful and environmentally irresponsible. As a customer who has spent a significant amount of money with them, I feel completely undervalued. The experience has left me deeply frustrated, and I’m questioning whether I would ever use this company again. The lack of proper customer support and their rigid, inflexible processes make it impossible to recommend them to anyone. If you’re considering ordering from here, beware—any mistakes, no matter how minor, are apparently unfixable, even if flagged immediately. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I hope they review their policies to avoid treating future customers the same way.

I ordered two onesies for my children, one of which the zip broke after a few wears. I asked for a replacement and was only offered a discount voucher off a new purchase. Ridiculous I will not use this company again. I wish I read the reviews first

I ordered on the 18th of October for a £104 pound order I have still not received it. I go a email reply back on the 1st of November. Saying items would be dispatched 2 to 3 working days, I re sent an email in on the 4th of November to say i have not even received a dispatched email. Today is the 25th of November and I still have heard nothing back from them. I have tried the chat and email. Someone looks like they replied to my chat but the the response would not upload. I have ordered loads of times before and.not had an issue.

I ordered an anniversary towel, which would have been perfect for what I wanted had there not been an error on the printing, not the personalised detail but the actual text on the towel I queried this several times and every time the only reply was that this is how it is printed and they couldn’t do anything about it. Why are they knowingly producing things with spelling mistakes? I couldn’t have a refund because it was personalised (the personalised part wasn’t actually the problem), but I could have a discount on something else! Why would I waste more money with the company? I didn’t actually want a refund, I wanted a properly printed towel

SCAMMERS I ordered the item on 4th October, today is 22 nd October still no item, one of the team Konstantis keeps emailing saying wait few days ....a joke .Today he shocked me as he send email saying can you go and chase Royal mail for your item lol . You guys keep the money as you are professional scammers.

bought glitter effect passport holder and luggage tag, there was nothing glitter effect about it absolutely nothing like the image on the website could not return just offered a discount on further items this is not acceptable as I have wasted over £20 on something that looks like I paid a couple of pounds for off Blackpool promenade! I have however had a beach towel and a chopping board from them that were both fantastic quality so why are these products so awful???

I’m absolutely appalled by this company. Ordered a bookbag for my daughter. It arrived and there was a clear printing error as the character image was dull and cloudy (faded) the won’t accept it returned because of it being personalised. How was a printing error my fault? Instead they have offered me a discount code for any further purchase. Absolute joke. Why would I want to spend even more money on these terrible quality items.

Order 364204 still not been dispatched, should have been on or close to 21st April. For a birthday on 26th. It hadn't even been started a couple of days ago! Too late for birthday now. Really upset with service and lack of customer service in telling me when this will arrive!! Not replying to emails or request for refund. I will have to go via my bank to claim money back. Do not order. You will not receive anything and emails won't be answered. Disgusting company.

I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from. Of course orders will be delayed, everything is custom made to the character and name you decide on. I have bought two jute bags from them in the past, and found the customer service second-to-none! Even before they added the baby option, I emailed back in 2014/2015 for this as an option and they did it for me. Fast forward to my daughter who's now 7 and loves all things personalised, we have had a power bank, jute bag and a beach towel from them. The beach towel has been dispatched today so I can't speak for that but the bag she loves and the power bank has held up extremely well. I've also ordered one of their platinum jute bags, and they've been so good at keeping in contact - again that's yet to be dispatched but I do think patience is a key factor when ordering something so bespoke to you. Also, I talk about patience but it's never been more than a few weeks for me and it's never overrun it's estimated delivery date. Thanks Claireabella, I've been a customer since around 2012 and I will continue to be one, now with an obsessed daughter in tow!

Love them ❤️ I have ordered several items recently being a beach towel, a phone case and a jute bag. The towel and phone case arrived so quickly and I absolutely love them The bag goes way beyond your expectations and is so beautiful. The attention to detail is incredible. The bags take longer to come but it’s understandable as they’re hand painted. Clarebella has to be my all time go to for personalised items and I would recommend to anyone. So many people compliment my phone case and bag. I always order when they have promotions and saving money is always a bonus but when you get your item you can’t help but do a jiggle dance. Order from here and you will NOT be disappointed

My order was due to be dispatched weeks ago, after paying at the beginning of January. my most recent emails have gone ignored after being told it would be sent for PRODUCTION (not delivery!!!) in due course. AVOID!! Am now in talks with my bank to process a chargeback to reclaim the money spent .

Ordered a water bottle which did come within promised timescales but very disappointed with the actual product. A lot smaller than I expected and very thin and flimsy - not the best Im afraid.

Ordered in October, continually told up to December the items are being dispatched. Only now told they are not, leaving it to late to get alternatives. Asked if I want a Full refund? What were you going to refund Partial?

I ordered 8 onesies back in October, turn around time was great with me in about two weeks. I opened my delivery to notice one onesie missing. Then started to take out and check the rest. One onesie printing was great really good quality. The rest differed from slightly faded to extremely faded. I contacted customer services to be told personalised items are non returnable. To which I replied “yes if the mistake was on my part but poor quality items are down to the manufacture nothing to do with me”. I have had multiple emails back and fourth mainly me chasing the item for two weeks now. Eventually they asked me to send the items back to them for examination, I did this and they should have arrived Monday but I have still heard nothing. I have messaged twice since to check they received my parcel but no one has confirmed this. On closer inspection when sending back I also noticed a mans onesie printed on a woman’s, so has Claireabella on the hood instead of MrCB, one with printing on the front not attached fully, one the writing on the hood not attached properly in places and a few with small air bubbles under the main print. I don’t normally write on forums but after paying £306 for items that are clearly faulty and fed up of chasing customer services for a response I decided on this occasion I would. So I have no onesie for Xmas eve no money to re purchase them and no end in sight. Great service ..

Poor quality my mum ordered me a bag we have used this company years and never had issued they seem to be making the bags alot more cheaply had it 3 months and a week and as I missed the 3 months and didn't contact them quicker I've had no help. All the lettering peeled off and the handle stitching came away bag was unusable I was offered a discount that is usually advertised on the website no help with care team they didn't want to know or even try to help me after sending all pictures of proof.
