I recently spent over £500 with this company, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. After placing an order, I realized I needed a minor name correction on two items. I contacted their team within an hour of ordering, but despite acting immediately, I was told no changes could be made as the items were already queued for production.
This lack of flexibility is shocking, especially since their own FAQ states that amendments can usually be made if requested early enough. I followed their guidance and still received no assistance. What’s even more frustrating is that the incorrect items will now have to be discarded, which is both wasteful and environmentally irresponsible.
As a customer who has spent a significant amount of money with them, I feel completely undervalued. The experience has left me deeply frustrated, and I’m questioning whether I would ever use this company again. The lack of proper customer support and their rigid, inflexible processes make it impossible to recommend them to anyone.
If you’re considering ordering from here, beware—any mistakes, no matter how minor, are apparently unfixable, even if flagged immediately. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I hope they review their policies to avoid treating future customers the same way.
