Ordered a personalised phone case for Christmas on 9th December and was told it would be here no later than 21st. Waited until the 22nd before emailing incase it was a day late I've had 1 reply in 7 days and no information. Just they are 'looking into this'. Absolute joke. This present was meant for a friend coming down from another country who now didn't have a present from me on Christmas and has gone home now.
