My wife bought a custom made hessian bag for £40 it was very nice but has now worn go rough at both ends after only light use. It very similar to the ones sainsburys used which I have had for years without similar problems.
Very disappointed. All I get from their customer services was the offer of a discount on a new bag as the guarantee is only 3 months.
