I ordered a phone case for my daughter for Christmas on 3rd December, its now the 10th and I have received not a single email from them. I emailed them within the above dates to see if this was normal and no reply.I know its busy this time of year but other companies don't seem to have a problem with confirmation emails. Like others on here, wish I read reviews before ordering like I normally would on other sites.
