I have just checked my phone bill only to find that I have been charged £ 11 trying to call your company to find out where my undelivered order was which I find totally infuriating as " NO ONE " had the decency to answer
Now this has become a total joke dealing with toxic fox and I now want my money back ASAP for an SIMPLE ORDER that you could not deliver
