Bought jute shopping bag with itison voucher as part of birthday present for my cousin.
Not being completely techno savvy your customer services was very quick to respond when I e-mailed them. To personalise bag with name, hair colour, eye colour etc. was so simple and when it arrived it was so good I wished I had bought one for myself!
