Was on the checkout page and a little Live Chat box popped up. Oh dear, I thought, here we go again...
But I was surprised to speak to April! Easily the most polite and friendly agent I've spoken to for any company who has the Live Chat feature. Not only was she talking to me like a friend (With smilies 'n all!) but she was also incredibly helpful in resolving my query. An absolute pleasure to talk to, she has given me a great first impression of Toxic Fox. I'll be sure to buy from here again! :)
