I foolishly ordered the wrong hair colour on my order. I requested a change, and within half an hour of the premises opening, Lee Rowley had emailed me wit confirmation that the changes would be done. Absolutely fantastic service! This is the first time I've used this company, but it will not be the last. Excellent
