placed an order for my daughters birthday , after realising I wouldn't receive the item until after my daughters birthday I got in touch with customer service to see if I could pay extra and get it delivered sooner. Customer service manager Lee got in touch very quick advising me the team had agreed to fast track the order at no extra cost. could not be happier! my little girl will love it on her birthday . big thanks to Sylvia and Luke who are the people responsible for making this happen :)
