I have ordered my items from toxicfox in the past and have always been very happy, however, I recently ordered a grey phone case and requested brown hair & eyes- on arrival these were black in colour. I emailed and was promptly sent a replacement case which had the same problem. I was then offered a code for a new free phone case- excellent customer service!!
