So happy with my service. I only asked to be told how to re tie the bow for my bag and was sent a brand new bow. So now my bag is perfect again ready to take to hospital. Love this company. Bought 5 tote bags so far and I am hinting to my husband for a new one once my baby is born for a little treat.
