Initially we recieved a great response from the customer service team, but unfortunately production didn't follow instructions well.
We asked if the 01 on the child's jersey & shorts on the sports outfit we chose for our daughters bag could be changed to a number 4 as this is her football number. We were told yes, but when the bag arrived, it was 01. Very disappointing really
