As well as the absolutely GORGEOUS products I purchased today, those being my ClaireaBella jute bag and a ClaireaBella candle for my friend's birthday, I received such fantastic service. Like the stupid individual I am, I ordered it all together, and forgot the dispatch date for my bag was past my friend's birthday. The candle's was not though, so I emailed them about getting them dispatched separately. Normal companies would have given you a typical "Sorry but we can't" but heyyyy guess what, it's ToxicFox and of course they can!
