I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW.
My niece is now going to have to go without a Christmas present.
If I had of ordered last minute then I could be more understanding but I ordered on 30th November.
Customer service has been appalling!
Despite letting the company know about this I am still waiting on the delivery
