I've had a very similar experience to everyone else - ordered on the 10th Dec for guaranteed xmas delivery, received no update, no parcel - feel awful about letting my 8 yr old niece down at Christmas. Have not managed to get through to their customer service dept (which they charge 5p per minute for the privilege of complaining about their diabolical service) and have not received a response to my emails. Gutted and very angry about this. I encourage everyone to use the consumer helpline on the Citizen's Advice Bureau, there is a simple on-line form to fill in, and they will follow up all complaints with Trading Standards - Toxic Fox have def over committed and they shouldn't get away with it.
