Ordered a personalised phone case on the 30th December 2017 still no sign of my order, when placing the order it said the phone case would be delivered by 8th Jan. When emailed they just respond saying the order will be with you shortly. if you are ordering something for a present make sure its in advance as my little girls birthday has been and gone and shes still awaiting this.
