I wanted a large Jute bag for my Mother for Mothers Day and David and the design team made it possible. I did allow a good amount of time for this to be processed, however, the team assured me it would get to me and it did. They responded promptly to all my emails and were there at the other end of the phone too. Which is NOT the case for a lot of companies these days. A really nice company to deal with and really does make me want to go back for future gifts. Thank You Toxicfox.
