I recently ordered a personalised heart Matt frame, i recieved my item within a couple of days of ordering it. Unfortunately it did arrive with a dent but I emailed Paul Harris and he was very quick to respond and send a replacement for me. I would reccomend ToxicFox to anyone, the products are gorgeous and great customer service!!
