I received a bag and was not happy with the colour of the skin used. I immediately contacted toxic fox who have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. The bag has been repainted three times and each time they have provided me with an image and asked for my feedback. Nothing has been too much trouble and I give great thanks to the painting team and Konstantinos Petroulas who has been incredible.
