I have bought three suitcases from Toxicfox for my Grandchildren over the years as they have become old enough to appriciate them and they have loved everyone of them,I have recently ordred one for my Grandson and I had a problem with my order,I contacted customer services and I have to say Georgia Tyle has been fantastic she dealt with the problem efficently and politly and swiftly I can not thank her enough, Every firm should have a Georgia Tyle, A big thank you again Georgia brilliant customer service your a credit to Toxicfox xx
