Ordered 2 towels. Dispatched exactly when they said they would be. Arrived and although beautiful one was slightly unfinished. Contacted the company. Smooth communication which quickly resulted in a new towel being dispatched and delivered within 5 days. Amazing service. Will certainly buy again and recommend.
