when i ordered item was told it would be posted around Thursday 20th Feb which was great as item was for Granddaughters birthday which was Monday 24th Item wasn't sent till 24th so arrived on the 26th Granddaughter loved the hoody as she designed it her self but I was unhappy it didn't arrive in time .Item was fantastic and will order again but will give more time for delivery
