I purchased a claireabella phone case and when it arrived it had a scratch on the back.
I emailed toxicfox to inform them and Corey and Paul couldn't have been more helpful! They emailed me back straight away and organised for a new case to be sent within 3 to 5 working days !
Will Definetly be offering from here again! It's not often that you find somewhere that will go out of their way to provide good customer service!
