I've been waiting weeks and weeks for a jute bag and it was ordered well in time for my sisters birthday on 25th July. We are now 24th August and I now receive no replies to my enquiries. Such poor customer service and if they can't keep up with demand... They should stop advertising and start showing on their website the average wait times.. Not emailing a stupidly long dispatch date once they have taken your money. I could possibly cope with the 30 days if it was actually 30 days.... Im now way way past that😡 Will definitely not recommend or use this company again.
