I bought a 2023 Toyota rav4 at sterling mccall Toyota fort bend in Texas. They provided very bad service and lied to sell me the car as well as sell me an additional warranty. When I found out 2 days later (because I don't know English) and I wanted to return the car to them, they said the car had run out of the store and they couldn't take it back. It's unreasonable because before selling this car to me, they called me to tell me that this car had just been returned by the previous buyer, so why did I only buy the car on Saturday and the store is closed on Sunday? door and the second day I wanted to return it but they did not accept it and their unkind attitude towards me was very bad. I am very disappointed that I bought a car at this store and now I only want to drive my old Toyota and that new rav4 I rarely want to drive with it because it is a very sad experience.
