My 2018 Highlander was fine until 80,000 miles, then the repairs started. I have an extended warranty so no out of pocket expense. Problem one of the repairs I waited almost 4 months for a part,and I am not the only one. When reaching out to Toyota I realized they are going IA, all their employees are programed and cannot thing out of the box. In a but shell,The Service Stinks. This is not the Toyota if the past. Not in quality of customer service.
