Very poor. Called the service dept. no one answered the phone. Automated answering system never called me back. I called the service dept. and scheduled an appointment for July 1 at 10:40. When I arrived at the dealer they did not have me scheduled. When I scheduled my appointment I was told I could wait for the service only to find out I had to leave the truck. Very poor communications. Someone dropped the ball. Very disappointed with colonial Toyota.
