I must say, the support of i-parcel is just horrible, no one to contact with, they have 'contact-us' through there site but I have no idea how to follow the ticket number, and they keep sending me empty mails response.
Any way, I ordered a package from Amazon, I parcel was the delivery company, after few days I got email to confirm address (what is this? confirm address?!) I confirmed the address and my "full name", and i never got the package, 25 days the package at the same status.... no one helps u
