I had ordered this disk from Amazon, and basically it was getting shipped by ups I-parcel. I-parcel IS DISGUSTING. The only update I got from there was that my package was In transit. I ordered December 6 2020 and it’s January 12 2021 and the package is not here. I send them an email, which they replied with an auto generated email and put a link that got me to a form about my information and what my problem was. I have send that message two days now and no response. Probably getting a refund tomorrow. Never again.

I must say, the support of i-parcel is just horrible, no one to contact with, they have 'contact-us' through there site but I have no idea how to follow the ticket number, and they keep sending me empty mails response. Any way, I ordered a package from Amazon, I parcel was the delivery company, after few days I got email to confirm address (what is this? confirm address?!) I confirmed the address and my "full name", and i never got the package, 25 days the package at the same status.... no one helps u

I-parcel is the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. They're absolutely useless with no one answering emails or calls. Terrible. I still haven't see any updates on my order 21060856250880US and nobody is helping. It's very frustrating.

DORO / UPS Scam - Non-delivery Of Paid For Phone One of the riskier items to entrust to a courier is a mobile phone. A recent Channel 4 expose even showed how a firm called Hermes / MyHermes removes address labels from incoming parcels and immediately send these to auctions. Some months ago I ordered online a replacement phone from Doro. They immediately took my payment - as companies always do. The phone was then dispatched from Germany (FGS) by UPS. I looked up UPS on Trustpilot, Facebook, and other social media sites - and there were so many negative reports I thought it'd be a miracle if my phone gets delivered. And so it seems there was a problem. No delivery to my address. Where was my phone? Doro customer service refused to help saying that tracking showed it had been 'delivered.' Yeah - to a UPS 'Access Point' (whatever that is) - and that I could collect it from there. Bloody cheek. But being elderly I am in deep lockdown and not allowed out, esp. not to wander the streets looking for a depot. If I get the virus I die. I am in 24/7. Why was it not being delivered to my address? So what was going on? Driver in a strop or theft? Now the contract to deliver the phone was between Doro and UPS - so why was I having to work hard to extract the phone from the tentacles of UPS? Resolver was next - they have UPS on there, but not Doro. And Doro still has my money. And I still do not have my phone. Appalling companies - both of them. === Update - re: undelivered Doro phone - UK. Still no delivery. UPS tracking says that they have dumped aka 'delivered' my item miles away at some Access Point depot - whatever that is - in Feltham (FGS). Since I'm in 24/7 lockdown and being elderly I cannot wander the streets of Feltham looking for a UPS depot, and certainly cannot catch a bus anywhere. If I catch the virus I die. The UPS driver is obviously in a strop or cannot be arsed to deliver. Effectively he/she has stolen it. So I'm pounds out of pocket. And Doro wont help because they say I've received it - tracking says 'delivered.' Yeah - but not to me. ===

No answer from i parcel over the last few days. Two parcels already 2 weeks late. Nobody to complain to. I wouldn’t use this service only I ordered goods and the seller used them

The UPS customer service representative hung up the phone on me when I was making a enquire to where my parcel was and why it had not been delivered to my address. Also it is almost inpossable to speak to a human being. If I could give a zero for the review I would. I hope that I never have to use UPS again, they are even worse than Yodel

Unbelievably bad. Tried to query about botched delivery. Trying to contact a customer service agent is a mystery to me. Even navigating through the parent UPS company no joy. What is Amazon thinking when it bought this company?
