I had ordered this disk from Amazon, and basically it was getting shipped by ups I-parcel. I-parcel IS DISGUSTING. The only update I got from there was that my package was In transit. I ordered December 6 2020 and it’s January 12 2021 and the package is not here. I send them an email, which they replied with an auto generated email and put a link that got me to a form about my information and what my problem was. I have send that message two days now and no response. Probably getting a refund tomorrow. Never again.

I-parcel is the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. They're absolutely useless with no one answering emails or calls. Terrible. I still haven't see any updates on my order 21060856250880US and nobody is helping 0/5. It's very stressful.

No answer from i parcel over the last few days. Two parcels already 2 weeks late. Nobody to complain to. I wouldn’t use this service only I ordered goods and the seller used them

The UPS customer service representative hung up the phone on me when I was making a enquire to where my parcel was and why it had not been delivered to my address. Also it is almost inpossable to speak to a human being. If I could give a zero for the review I would. I hope that I never have to use UPS again, they are even worse than Yodel
