I ordered 1000 no 2.5 x 60mm A2 stainless steel oval head cladding nails from TCO which arrived well packaged a few weeks later. Unfortunately they sent out the wrong nails - 2.8 x 76mm flat head nail. I contacted them to let them know of this error however the email response I got said that they had sent the correct nails. I have responded by email 3 times (which included pictures to show my order confirmation and the box of wrong nails,) and also twice on their 'instant' messenger on their website. I have heard nothing back from either of these methods and there is no phone number online to call. Exceptionally terrible experience and customer service. I will never order from them again and would discourage anyone else to do the same.
