“The financial matter I was dealing with had become quite concerning, particularly because a considerable amount of money was involved. “After struggling to find the right direction, I was honestly becoming discouraged and unsure of who I could trust. That’s what made my experience with ERF stand out. “Terrible customer service. I have tried calling and emailing. No reply. I suspect that TCD does not have my item in stock and will not reply. I want to know how long the delay is going to be before dispatch but have no possibility to find out because the customer service team does not reply.”

“Ordered three items from this terrible company on 12th April on a 3-5 day delivery window. I called them after 2 weeks and I was told they where waiting for one item from the manufacturer (why did you take my money, if you didn’t have the stock). I was informed my order had been upgraded to express delivery. Umm, I don’t think so as courier informed me they were sent the items 4 days ago. It is now a month, yes folks 4 weeks after I ordered from Trade Counter Direct and nothing. Please take my advice and avoid this tragic company.”

“Very rude lady receptionist hinged up on me tried calling back she knew my number wasn’t interested to answer then called unknown then she pick up as soon I speak she hung up, the sent me the wrong product and we’re not trying to sorted out, cow boys, head ache, ripped off me and left with wrong product and extremely bad experience beyond the expectations and I m very unhappy more about the customer service than having wrong product ( wrong pipe cutter) no help what so ever…… if u want head ache then be my guest”

“Do not buy from this company. Complete waste of time and money. Having received my order of a £470 dehumidifier that doesn't work at all, I have called multiple times and emailed multiple times. Impossible to get a reply and always promised to be called back but nothing. I am now forced issue a reclaim for my money through my credit card company.”

“I ordered a Stanley FatMax Tool Box at a great price....cheaper than other websites it arrived when they said it would which was great service to start with. Unfortunately upon opening the packaging the box was damaged. I emailed and got an immediate confirmation response they would investigate. I sent photos of the damage and got another same day response that they would replace the box and arrange collection of the damaged one. Day 2 I got confirmations from both Trade Counter and their courier DPD of the dates and timing for both the replacement delivery and the faulty item collection. Everything resolved to my complete satisfaction within 2 days. I would also add I dealt exclusively with Linda at Trade Counter throughout who was absolutely fantastic....very professional, effective and clearly great at her job....Trade Counter should be very proud to have such an employee.”

“I ordered 1000 no 2.5 x 60mm A2 stainless steel oval head cladding nails from TCO which arrived well packaged a few weeks later. Unfortunately they sent out the wrong nails - 2.8 x 76mm flat head nail. I contacted them to let them know of this error however the email response I got said that they had sent the correct nails. I have responded by email 3 times (which included pictures to show my order confirmation and the box of wrong nails,) and also twice on their 'instant' messenger on their website. I have heard nothing back from either of these methods and there is no phone number online to call. Exceptionally terrible experience and customer service. I will never order from them again and would discourage anyone else to do the same.”
