“Used it for an hour and it short circuited the ring mains at my tenants house. The in lines breaker didn't trip and an now waiting to see what the Ridgid Rep will do ?”

Hi George, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we aren't to automatically know that tools are faulty unless you tell us. We did receive an email you sent us about a fridge you delivered: "I delivered this Fridge yesterday morning to my Customer which was the True Jesus Christ Church in Elgin. After setting it up, it was pointed out by the Chinese Congregation the Fridge Top and Bottom Trims are not fitted properly." I notice that our customer service team dealt with your replacement the day after this review, as soon as we knew about your faulty item. I hope that this has restored faith in our service. “Goods were delivered fast and accurately. Unfortunately I never received an invoice regarding goods bought or even a spec regarding costs. Vital parts were missing on the goods ordered, which means delays in on-going projects”

“Iv had stuff from tcd bwfore and was ok which is why im not putting very poor. In my last order it took approx 3-4 week to arrive I ordered the item and should of bein delivered by weekend and it wasn't. I emailed them and they said a fault on there side due to paypal and I'll have it by wensday come Friday still hadn't received it. Emailed again and then there was a fault with dispatch but I did then receive my items weeks after it was suppose to come after when I actually needed it”

“Go messages for my delivery on Friday. 1 hour away, 30 minutes away. never showed up. I stayed back to get the saw and they never appeared! checked my CCTV and there is no sign of DPD coming to my office. very disappointed. I needed this for Saturday as I had arranged something as would have the saw for the job. Nope no saw, no job.”
