Ordered three items from this terrible company on 12th April on a 3-5 day delivery window. I called them after 2 weeks and I was told they where waiting for one item from the manufacturer (why did you take my money, if you didn’t have the stock). I was informed my order had been upgraded to express delivery. Umm, I don’t think so as courier informed me they were sent the items 4 days ago. It is now a month, yes folks 4 weeks after I ordered from Trade Counter Direct and nothing. Please take my advice and avoid this tragic company.
