Purchased a Milwaukee drill and impact set with a 5amp battery upgrade. When I used the drill I noticed a slight wobble as if the chuck wasn't centred.I contacted TCD by email through the returns service which was ignored so I eventually got through to customer services on the phone. Even though I was well within the 28 day return policy they didn't want to know and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough...and told me to contact the manufacturer. What's the point in having a return service at all ? Shame really as they have a great range at good prices but shocking customer service. Contacted Milwaukee who sorted it immediately and sure enough it was a faulty chuck.
