Didn’t have any interaction with TCD, this was because the website was so easy to navigate and I knew what I wanted. The price of the drill was cheaper than anywhere else so feel I got a bargain. Delivery was as detailed so no complaints there, and I’m really pleased with the drill. A pro quality drill at DIYer prices. Perfect.
