I needed my order to be delivered in time for a specific job, so I made sure I purchased well within the advertised delivery times. When the order did not arrive then, I called up customer services, to be told they had delayed dispatch due to another item not being in stock. I asked for express delivery for the tool I needed, giving them the cut-off date for the job and received assurances the delivery would come on time. It didn't, so I lost my days fee - there was no time to re-schedule my diary, as I worked on their assurances. and when I complained they compensated me with less than 10% of the value of the fee I'd lost out. NOT HAPPY
