Great people to deal with. When I made my recent order I made a mistake and didn't include my house name as part of the delivery address. I emailed TCD and to make sure, I also phoned, and spoke with a real person. Both the phone call and the email were dealt with efficiently and with courtesy. My item was delivered, well packaged and promptly. I would recomend Trade Counter Direct and will use them again. They were also cheaper than the rest!
