Ordered the multi volt impact driver from hitachi/hikoki & and type two case. I received a plastic insert which didn't match the impact. Upon receiving the driver already had a number of scuff marks out of the box. Not ideal. TCD customer service did contact me about the matter and apologised, which I'm thankful for. Good prices, hopefully in the future they will stock the correct tool case inserts for their hikoki products.
