Let down by Hermes parcel delivery. Good experience from ordering on TVP website. Order confirmed on Mon 11 Jan. Eventually turned up on Mon 18th. Not the 2-3 day delivery quoted. Hermes tracker showed wrong information for days and couldn’t speak to a Human at Hermes. Was left wondering whether it would ever turn up. TVP were good in getting in contact and offering partial refund and apology.
