Ordered a body kit, after fitting it the rear diffuser worked its way out of the clips on one side and every time I pushed it back in it would pop out a few minutes later.
Clearly something not quite right with this part, so I contacted them. Said I didn't want to return the whole kit as most of it was fine but the diffuser was the problem. Now they are trying to tell me I need to adjust and align the parts around it.
So I put the original one back on and it fits perfectly both sides. Now that tells me no adjustment is needed and this part is just slightly off, maybe damaged in transit, storage, maybe just a bad part, I know that happens sometimes.
But the customer service telling me to adjust other parts of my car to make it fit? That was poor and won't be using again
