Avoid this company at all cost. Prices might be interesting but their return process is a nightmare. We ordered shoes that didn't fit (wrong size). According to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we are allowed of 14 days cooling-off period which we can return a good bought online. For such returns, the buyer pays for the return and the seller pays for the initial shipping. Because the item is not faulty, we can return the shoes and we have to pay for the return label. So I went on their website to start the return. It asked me to pay for the return label, which I did for £7. 4 weeks later they refund me but £6 less because of the return label. Hang on, they're charging twice for the same label. It may not be much, but it isn't right! Then we tried to explain to the customer service who just doesn't care and keep repeating the same thing all over again. For us, this company is dodgy, and we want to warn everyone we can to stay away from them.
