“Wrong shipping label caused double taxes
I ordered two kipling suitcases in one order to save on shipping costs.
They were sent in two different boxes with two tracking numbers.
On each of the boxes there was a shipping label indicating that each one contained two items and not just one. As a result I had to pay twice the tax and twice the release fees.
In order to get a refund from the tax authorities, I asked for note declaring that there were only two items shipped in two boxes.
It was too complicated for the customer service and I waited for more than a month until the deadline for a refund ended and did not get this simple document.”
