Beware – SCAM products. First of all, please note that this company scores approx. 32% (1.6/5.0) on Trustpilot UK, meaning that the vast majority of its customers are scammed, robbed, overcharged, do not receive products, etc. In my case, an order of hundreds of euros from diving equipment was never delivered. The company refuses to reply, rectify its ‘mistakes’, or simply refund the amount stolen. Worse yet, they sell insurance on their website………….but the insurance company does not reimburse you for so-called ‘lost products’, and claim that this is the responsibility of the trader, i.e., the insurance you pay for has no value whatsoever if the company ‘lose’ your products. It seems like the TradeInn and the insurance company have an agreement to take customers’ money for both products and insurance, NOT deliver the goods, tell you to seek damages from the fake insurance they sell, then keep your money. I have reported the matter to the relevant Spanish authorities and am personally in the process of pursuing legal action against such fraudulent and illegal behaviour. DO NOT purchase online from the company. A little over 3 out of 10 chance you get what you paid for, as independent reviews attest online. I will update this post accordingly in time.

Don't buy anything from this company. It's a scam!!! I bought a fishing rod from this company but received a broken item. I always buy "Route Shipping protection" So I filed a claim for a damaged product but it was denied? How is that possible? I purchased a new rod but received a rod that was broken. Also, I purchased the insurance just in case a situation like this. However, when I explained the situation that rod came broken it was denied for any customer service and said that shipping protection fee was to be refunded back to me. How is this possible? I purchased ahead on the time of purchase, but the insurance purchase will be refunded when I made a claim about the broken rod that I received. I really do not feel this is fair at all and there needs to be something done as i paid for a new rod but received a broken one. I sent so many inquiry about the current situation, but i have not heard anything back. I also requested for a return and refund but they never responded I can't believe that a company this big would provide such poor customer service to avoid responsibility for an $80 fishing rod? Of course I paid for a new product, but if they accidentally send damaged one to customer, shouldn't they allow the customer to return it and get refund? FYI - They said in a previous reply that they were proceed on a refund but they were lying, not a single dollar was refunded. Keep scamming customers for your business thriving !! My order# 45949446

Brought a item over 6 months ago that never arrived, I chased Tradeinn regarding this and kept getting told "it's on its way " . I don't blame Tradeinn for the item going missing in the post but had to send many emails to get a credit . Was told the money will show in my account after they processed my credit, it's been 14 days. Have sent many emails chasing this credit and get the same response " it's on its way !" . Last email told me to check with my bank ??? My wife works for our bank and said there is nothing our bank can do . Tradeinn support staff definitely don't know what's going on . I keep getting the same generic email reply . Have just sent another email trying to get my money . Be warned ⚠️ 🤡 🤡

The order was paid on 28/12 and is still stuck at Spring dcs up to today. Despite sending multiple emails.all I got are with standard delay responses and my request for a refund has been completely ignored. This blatant disregard for customer service and failure to address my concerns is UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE

My experience echos many of the other reviews. I ordered a pair of cycling shoes at the beginning of March and was given a delivery date of between 18-21 March. I kept trying to track the parcel, but it never showed the parcel as being despatched. Tried contacting Tradeinn, but all you get is a robot with prescribed responses. No human interaction. This situation never changed, but then on 21 March my hopes were raised when I got a message saying 'arriving by 8pm'. It was a false dawn. Nothing arrive. Then I got another message saying despatch had been delayed and they would contact when a date is known. They don't deserve any stars. They are a bunch of con men. I don't think they ever had the goods I ordered and paid for. What is disturbing is that they are allowed to trade on the Amazon platform. Come on Amazon get a grip. I have been promised a refund. I'll believe it when it happens.

I bought batteries from Tradeinn. They normally have a shelf life of around 10 years. Tradeinn sent me batteries which had an expiry date of less than 10 months. I will not buy from them again.

I purchased an item in August 2023. You sent the wrong item and I therefore returned with proof of return. I am 6 months down the line and still not been refunded for an expensive purchase of a wrong item you sent me.

Ordered & paid for goods weeks ago. They never arrived & no contact with the company whatsoever. As other reviewers have said they are serial scammers. Any company with less than 4 stars something is not right. They have 1 because you cannot give 0.

If possible 0. It’s a scam. Most of the stuff that you see online they don’t have. Been trying to reach someone for 2 weeks no one doesn’t respond on the phone chat or email. Very unprofessional im not sure how this company exists at all? Scam 💯 do buy anything here!

Total disaster. Delays over delays, the order 45328718 was never shipped and the stupid bot as customer service always giving the same answer. They offer products out of stock and they don't deliver anything. They get your money and forget about you. DON'T BUY. SCAM.

What a terrible experience. Context: I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 945 from their store. I had a 30 day, money back return policy. What happened: The Garmin was defect - I called Garmin directly, and spoke with their technical support team - who told me that it would need to be returned, and could see that there was an issue with the products blue tooth connectivity. What I did next: I returned the product with the information about what happened, and requested my money back. What did they do: They ignored my refund request, and sent the product to the manufacturer, under the pretext that if there was nothing wrong with it, I would need to pay for all the shipping costs. I explained many times via the support email, that I simply wanted to return the product and receive a refund. I hear nothing for a few weeks, then suddenly get an email telling me that they will be sending me a fixed or new product (still not clear what they were talking about) - with the tracking number. This has absolutely nothing to do with either their return policy or what I was looking for. Customer support wrote to me in English first, then randomly in German, did not reply on time. This whole process for a malfunctioning product, has taken almost 2 months. Oh and sending emails from your account, returns an error and won't let you. So I had to find a mail I had received in my inbox from them, to be able to communicate. I mean really guys - unprofessional, poor service and poor product experience. Definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this online store.

The worst experience in my life trying to return an item. I sent back a hoodie that was too large and my parcel got stuck at Spanish customs even though I had used all the paperwork provided by Tradeinn. Tradeinn said there was nothing they could do, and asked that I wait for the parcel to be returned to me and they would then arrange for pickup and give me my refund. I emailed them immediately when my parcel eas returned to me, but they reply once a week. Someone offered a 50% refund if I would keep the item and not return it. I rejected the offer. I only want a full refund. It has been 2 months since I ordered my hoodie, received it, sent it back, had it returned, and am trying to get TradeInn to reply to my emails. Horrible!

I paid 16 euros for shipping cost and the package was delivered to me delayed for a week... Then when I wanted to return the package I was obliged to pay 20 euros to them without giving me the chance to send it with the service I want. They sent me the return label 10 days later after spending my time chatting with their customer service many times and they were rude to me too! Very bad services I aint buy from them again for sure!! People be careful

Awful company to deal with , just Robot answers, repeating themselves, promise a representative will be in contact, after 3 attempts, finally had a generic copy and paste response that had no relevance, was guided to be delivered by 20-25th Dec it is now 17th Jan and still nothing. Avoid at all costs. There is no way to resolve any issues

The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Parcel failed to arrive, I had to contact them. It was Virtually Impossible to speak to someone. It was all bots that never answered my questions. When I did talk to a human I was always told my parcel will arrive shortly. Any idiot would of worked out after a month the parcel weren't coming but again I had to do all the chasing to make them realise my items are lost. They kept telling me the same thing, it's being investigated over and over. There was no timescale of when they were gonna declare the parcel lost or when I would be reimbursed. It's been over a month now and still no one has contacted me to apologise or give me my money back. Most unprofessional useless company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

This is a worse company I ever had to deal with.They are scammers.Have loads of different names.Send secondhand items.Wrong items.They take your money and don't send the items.How they get away with it.Is beyond me has the reviews are disgusting.

The ordered flashlight was never delivered. Customer support ignored my emails for over a week then finally responded that it’s too bad for me that the claim period is over. This is honestly the worst service or response that I have ever received from a seller. I will never use this website again since I’m never seeing my money or the product that I fully paid for (+ import charges + taxes) ever. They knew they could get away with it as usual as per other customers’ reviews. Who is responsible for this fraud??
