Do not order from this company. I ordered snow boots for my daughters on 11/29 and was told they would arrive between 12/5-12/11. These were for a ski trip we were taking at Christmas. The boots arrived 2.5 months late on 2/19 and now this company is refusing to pay the return shipping (it’s $98.00). The trip these were ordered for was over a month ago and my daughters will outgrow these by next year. They are completely useless to me. Horrible customer service and horrible experience overall. Beware of this company and do not order from them.
