I've ordered a 500€ watch form tradeinn website. It was 150€ cheaper then everywhere else in my country. They processed my order very fast and at the end of the day it was waiting for dispatch. It took 2 days till the tracking number was recognized by the DPD courier. After that I could track the package all across europe. It took 5 business days to get the product. There were no any damages on the delivered package.
My only concern is related to warranty. It looks like if there is any issue with the watch I have to send it back to Spain, but I can live with it.
I would buy again from them.”

Be patient people were in the middle of a pandemic and every online store has taken 4-6 weeks to be delivered. I ordered from TradeINN and they responded to my emails and I could see where my parcel was being held. Even once a parcel arrived in my country Australia, parcels have to go through a security process which is back logged for week. You can even check your parcel through another tracking system that gave more info compared to PostNL. It also depends on how many items you bought as some come from different warehouses in Spain. They don’t send them off individual to your country, they wait till all items are at their process centre which took two weeks in my case. Then another 25 days in transit and 5 days in Sydney in quarantine and security check again. I purchased again 2 weeks later but this time only one item. It was sent off within a week and I can see it’s on it’s way to Australia. Limit flights too people!!! I read so many bad reviews but it was all to do with long delivery time. Then there’s a few reviews of ppl who received their items and were extremely happy. I am extremely happy with my items and the quality of them are exceptional as I cannot get these brands in Australia.”

“At first I was skeptical that the site and my item was not legit because of the reviews here. But still I ordered because I was so desperate of getting the bag I wanted for so long and only found it on this website. After anxiously waiting for tracking/delivery updates, my bag was a day late in delivery. But that's because of my local post office and Tradeinn has no control over that. Still the delivery was fast even though it was overseas and I'm on the other side of the world. (NOTE: You cannot blame Tradeinn for delivery delays or etc. They have totally no control over that.) Will surely order again from this website. Cheers for the good work!
